NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0806-MF-535 wherein Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee for ABFC 2002-OPTI Trust ABFC Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-OPT1 was Plaintiff, and Scott J. Grant and Tammy R. Grant a/k/a Tammy J. Part of the southwest quarter of section 1, township 32 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana more particularly described as follows, to wit: commencing at a railroad spike found at the southwest corner of said southwest quarter; thence 00 degrees 31'40" E (recorded N 00 degrees 32 degrees W), on and along the west line of said southwest quarter, a distance of 66.62 feet to a PK nail; thence S 89 degrees 57' 55 degrees E, a distance of 368.0 feet to an iron pin at the true point of beginning; thence continuing 89 degrees 57' 55" a distance of 136.66 feet to an iron pin; thence N 00 degrees 31' 40" E parallel to the west line of said southwest quarter, a distance of 355.12 feet to an iron pin; thence N 89 degrees 57' 55" west, a distance of 136.65 feet to an iron pin; thence S 00 degrees 31' 47" W, parallel to said west line, a distance of 355.12 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 1.114 acres of land, more or less.
