NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-0806-MF-288 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank f/n/a Mutual Federal Savings Bank is the plaintiff and Janet Buchanan f/n/a Janet Williams, Combined Community Services, Inc. and Beneficial Indiana, Inc. are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Fifty-five Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen and 64/100 Dollars (55,513.64) for payment of the judgment of said plaintiff against the defendant, Janet Buchanan f/n/a Janet Williams with interest thereon from the date of said decree, namely, August 18, 2008, at the rate and with costs provided by law as therein provided and ordering the sale of real estate herein described to make assets for the payment of said judgment and decree, I will expose and offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on Tuesday, the 28th day of October, 2008, at the hour of 3:30 o'clock p.m., E.S.T., at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, in the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, Indiana, the following-described real estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to wit: Lots Numbered One Hundred Thirty (130) and One Hundred Thirty-One (131) in Lakeside Park Addition to the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 29, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana. The above-described real estate for information purposes only, is located at 1311 N. Park Ave., Warsaw. The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom. The terms of said sale will be cash.
