NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, on Cause No. 43D03-0909-MF-1009 wherein Beneficial Indiana Inc. D/B/A Beneficial Mortgage Co. was Plaintiff, and Dudley S. Vanhorn and Papakeechie Protective Association, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on March 23, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W.
