TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED
REAL ESTATE OF ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1108-00166, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABAS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-26 was Plaintiff, and C arol M. Vick a/k/a Carol Marie Vick, was Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of May, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
A certain tract or parcel of land in Kosciusko County, in the State of Indiana, described as follows: Tract I: Lot Numbered 8 in Walbourn's Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw in Plat Book 1, page 37 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Tract II: A Ten (10) foot wide tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 32 North Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 8 in E.W. Walbourn's Addition to the City of Warsaw; thence South 10 feet along the East line of South Union Street to a point; thence in an Easterly direction parallel to the South line of said Lot 8, 128 feet 3 inches, more or less, to a point on the West line of an alley; thence in a Northerly direction along the West line of said alley, 10 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 8; thence West along the South line of said Lot 8, 128 feet 3 inches to the point of beginning. Subject to all covenants, easements, or restrictions of record, and all applicable building and zoning laws and ordinances and possible rights of title and drainage ditches.
