NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D01-0712-MF-1032 wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC was the Plaintiff and James F. Hall, Jr.; Elizabeth J. Hall and Susan Owens were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on September 23, 2008 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of said day, at 221 Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
