NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0803-MF-304, wherein Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc. AssetBacked Certificates, Series 2005-4 was Plaintiff, and Lesa Gay Dye and Mortgage Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc (MERS), were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of September, 2008 at 10:00 am of said day, at the 221 W.
