NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1110-MF-246 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA was Plaintiff, and Charles Musgrave, Federal National Mortgage Association and Radiology, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of September, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana. A tract of land in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, better described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 6, and thence North along the Half Quarter Line 634-1/2 feet for a principal place of beginning; thence North 86-1/4 degrees East, 278 feet to a point; thence North 66 feet to a point; thence South 86-1/4 degrees West, 278 feet to said Half Quarter Line; thence South on said Half Quarter Line 66 feet to the place of beginning, reserving for use as a public highway a street 40 feet wide off the West side of said tract.
