NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in Cause No. 43C01-1108-PL-82 wherein Pier 343 Condominium Owners Association was plaintiff, and Chase Home Finance, LLC was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of February, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, 221 W.
