AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of the judgment and decree of foreclosure to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 under Cause Number 43D01-1009-PL-176, wherein Y.B.M.C. Corporation, Inc. is a Plaintiff and John R. Croghan, Jr. and Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County are Defendants; rendering in the sum of Five Thousand One Hundred Eight and 96/100 Dollars ($5,108.96) plus costs, and accruing costs and interest, in favor of the plaintiff, and further recognizing the lien of the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County in the amount of Two Hundred Thirty-seven and 99/100 Dollars ($237.99), and in the amount of One Hundred Thirty-three and 02/100 Dollars ($133.02) both liens include interest accruing through the date of sale, said judgment ordering the sale of the real estate herein described to make assets for the payment of the sums due the plaintiff therein, and due Board of Commissioners fo Kosciusko County, I will expose for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder on the 28th day of February, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. on said date at the office of the Kosciusko County Sheriff at 221 W.
