NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-0811-MF-589 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank is the plaintiff and James J. Bohlin, Jane A. Richardson-Bohlin and James J. Bohlin, DDS Professional Corporation, are defendants, requiring me to make the aggregate sum of Four Hundred and Fifty-Seven Thousand six Hundred ThirtyFive and 69/100 Dollars ($457,635.69) for payment of the judgment of said plaintiffs against the defendants, James J. Bohlin, Jane A. Richardson-Bohlin and James J. Bohlin, DDS Professional Corporation, with interest thereon from the date of said decree, namely, August 5, 2009, at the rate and with costs provided by law as therein, and ordering the sale of real estate and personal property hereinafter described to make assets for the payment of said judgment and decree, I will expose and offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on Tuesday, the 21st day of September, 2010, at the hour of 3:30 o'clock p.m., E.S.T., at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, in the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, Indiana, the following-described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: Lot Numbered Eight (8) in the Revised Amended Plat of Plummer's Addition Section #2, as recorded in plat book 11, page 33, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. And the following personal property located in the above-described real estate, to-wit: All inventory, office furniture and equipment of James J. Bohlin DDS Professional Corporation. The above-described real estate and personal property for information purposes only is located at 1299 Husky Trail, Warsaw, Indiana 46582. The aforesaid sale of real estate and personal property will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom. The terms of said sale will be cash. The Sheriff will issue to the purchaser of the aforesaid real estate a Sheriff's Deed and a Bill of Sale for the Personal Property.
