By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1012-MF-969 wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, as Original Trustee for the CSFB Trust 2004-CF1 was Plaintiff, and Alberto Aguilar the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of May, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
