NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OFTHE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0909-MF-944 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc.
