NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D01-0710-MF-880 wherein 1st Source Bank was Plaintiff, and Patrick L. Said real estate is more particulalry described as the south 15 feet of both lots numbered 92 and 93 in the original plat of the Town of Syracuse, Indiana. This strip of ground is further described as commencing at the southwest corner of lot 92 and running thence 15 feet northwest along the original line of lot 92, thence northeast along a line parallel to the south lot lines of 92 and 93 in the original northeast lot line of lot 93, thence southeast 15 feet to the southeast corner of lot 93, thence southwest along the original south lot lines of lot 92 and 93 to the poinit of beginning.
