NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior of this County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0901-MF-79 wherein Universal Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff and Ryan Kirksey, et al., were defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will depose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of August, 2009, at the hour of 10 a.m. at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in this County, Indiana: TRACT I: A tract of land in the north half of the northeast quarter of section 14, township 33 north, range 6 east, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Starting 623.50 feet east of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 11, and running thence east 916 feet to the center line of a public road; thence south 11 degrees and 45 minutes west on said line a distance of 400 feet; thence south 7 degrees and 30 minutes west a distance of 1,263 feet to the center of Leesburg Road and an iron pin in place for a place of beginning; thence north 71 degrees and 45 minutes west a distance of 106 feet to an iron pin on the center line of Leesburg Road; thence north 7 degrees and 2 minutes east a distance of 197 feet to an iron pin set in the fence line; thence south 80 degrees 45 minutes east along the fence line a distance of 106 feet to an iron pin set on the center line of the public road; thence south 7 degrees and 30 minutes west a distance of 213 feet to the place of beginning.
