NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-1101-MF-7 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank is the plaintiff and Matthew L. Meinert and Heidi R. Meinert a/k/a Heidi R. The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom. The terms of said sale will be cash.
