NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court III, in the certain cause bearing Cause No. 43D03-0807-MF-699, upon the docket of said Court, wherein The First State Bank, Bourbon, Indiana, is the Plaintiff, and Lonny D. Hodges is the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum of $39,386.01, plus costs and interest to date of sale, for payment of the Judgment of said Plaintiff against the Defendant, Lonny D. The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom. The terms of said sale will be cash.
