NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0906-MF-677 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc Trust 2004-NC7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-NC7 was Plaintiff, and Victor T.
