NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-1012-MF-648 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank is the plaintiff and Terry Willmann a/k/a Terry D. Willmann and 1st Source Bank are defendants, requiring me to make the aggregate sum of Thirty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Eight and 82/100 Dollars ($38,688.82) for payment of the judgment of said plaintiffs against the defendants, Terry Willmann a/k/a Terry D. Willmann with interest thereon from the date of said decree, namely, January 18, 2011, at the rate and with costs provided by law as therein, and ordering the sale of real estate hereinafter described to make assets for the payment of said judgment and decree, I will expose and offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on Tuesday, the 15th day of March, 2011, at the hour of 3:30 o'clock p.m., E.S.T., at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, in the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, Indiana, the following-described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: Lots numbered nine (9), Eleven (11) and Thirteen (13) in Barb Villa, Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, as per plat recorded in Plat Book No. 3, at page 317 of the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana. The above-described real estate for information purposes only, located at 26 EMS B54 Lane, Warsaw, Indiana 46582. The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom. The terms of said sale will be cash.
