NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-1011-MF-631 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank is the plaintiff and James Bohlin, Jane Ann Bohlin and State of Indiana, are defendants, requiring me to make the aggregate sum of Thirty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Two and 85/100 Dollars ($39,492.85) for payment of the in rem judgment of said plaintiffs against the defendants, James Bohlin and Jane Ann Bohlin with interest thereon from the date of said decree, namely, December 21, 2010, at the rate and with costs provided by law as therein, and ordering the sale of real estate hereinafter described to make assets for the payment of said judgment and decree, I will expose and offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on Tuesday, the 15th day of March, 2011, at the hour of 3:30 o'clock p.m., E.S.T., at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, in the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, Indiana, the following-described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: Lot Number 9 in Du-Cu-Nee Village on the South shore of Tippecanoe Lake according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 157 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. The above-described real estate for information purposes only, located at Lot #9, Du-Cu-Nee Village, Lake Tippecanoe, Indiana 46538. The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom. The terms of said sale will be cash.
