NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0806-MF-593 wherein Beneficial Indiana, Inc. d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage Co. was Plaintiff, and Michael J. Croy, Susan R.
