NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C10-1010-MF-572 wherein Lake Estates, LLC was the Defendant, and Parkstone Capital Partners II, LP was ( as successor by assignment) requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of May, 2012 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., (local time), or as soon thereafter as possible, at Kosciusko County, 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 for the following real property:
A tract of land located in the State of Indiana, County of Kosciusko, Township of Tippecanoe, being a portion of section 29, township 33 north, range 7 east, bounded in the south by County Road 350 north on the east by the McKenna Road (A/K/A McKenna Drive) and more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 29, township 33 north, range 7 east; thence north 0.389 degrees west, 519.95 feet along the west line of said quarter section to an iron pin and the point of beginning; thence continuing along said west line north 0.389 degrees west 2120.05 feet to the north line of said section, being a point in Irish lake; thence north 89.5 degrees east 1322.40 feet along said north line to a point also located in Irish Lake; thence south 0.217 degrees east, 569.86 feet to an iron pin located on the south right-of-way line of Lakeview Drive in the "Second Addition to McKenna Park", thence north 82.445 degrees east, 268.05 feet along said south right-of-way line to an iron pin; thence north 72.956 degrees east, 272.95 feet along said south line to an iron pin; thence north 16.355 degrees west 10.0 feet along said south ,line to an iron pin; thence north 67.383 degrees east , 131.00 feet along said south line to an iron pin; thence south 0.678 degrees east, 2227.23 feet along the west right-of-way line of McKenna Road (A/K/A McKenna Drive) to a PK nail located on the south line of the northeast quarter of said section, also being the centerline of County Road 350 North, thence south 89.50 degrees west, along said south line 1375.95 feet to a PK nail; thence north 0.067 degrees west 506.0 feet to a point; thence north 89.667 degrees west, 601.40 feet to the point of beginning.

Commencing at a railroad rail fence post at the southwest corner of the northeast quarter of said section 29; thence north 00º 23'20" west, along the west line of said northeast quarter, 519.95 feet to a 5/8" iron bar and the point of beginning; thence continuing north 00º 23'00" west along the west line of said northeast quarter, 2120.05 feet to the northwest corner of said northeast quarter, said point being in Irish Lake thence north 89º 30'00" east, along the north line of said northeast quarter, 1322.40 feet to a point located in Irish lake; thence south 00º 07'56" east 582.86 feet (south 00º 23'00" east 569.86 feet recorded) to an iron bar on the south right-of-way line of EMS B36A lane (formerly Lakeview Drive); thence north 82º 26'42" east, along said south right-of-way line 268.05 feet to an iron bar; thence north 72º 57'22" east, along said south line 272.95 feet to an iron bar; thence north 16º 21'18" west, along said south line 10.00 feet to an iron bar; thence north 67º 22'59" east, along said south line: 131.00 feet to an iron bar on the west right-of-way line of EMS B36 lane (formerly McKenna Road); thence 00º 40'41" east, 2227.22 feet recorded to a mag nail on the south line of said northeast quarter, said point also being on the centerline of County Road 350 north (also known as McKenna Road); thence south 89º 30'00" west, along said south line and said centerline 1375.95 feet to a PK nail; thence north 00º 26'53" west, 506.00 feet to an iron bar; thence north 89º 10'17" west, 601.56 feet to the point of beginning.
