NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0904-MF-475 wherein Midfirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Tom E.
