NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-1007-MF-417 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank is the plaintiff and Anthony J. Missler and Honor C. Missler, are defendants, requiring me to make the aggregate sum of One Hundred Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighteen and 28/100 ($104,518.28) for payment of the judgment of said plaintiffs against the defendants, Anthony J. Missler and Honor C. Missler, with interest thereon from the date of said decree, namely, August 23, 2010, at the rate and with costs provided by law as therein, and ordering the sale of real estate hereinafter described to make assets for the payment of said judgment and decree, I will expose and offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on Tuesday, the 5th day of October, 2010, at the hour of 3:30 o'clock p.m., E.S.T., at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, in the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, Indiana, the following-described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: Lots numbered eleven (11), twelve (12), thirteen (13), fourteen (14) and fifteen (15) in Block Number Twelve (12) Unit Number Three (3) of the survey and the original plat of Oak Grove Beach on Lake Palestine, as shown on the plat thereof and as recorded in plat book 4, page 121B in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. The above-described real estate for information purposes only, located at 5808 West Hummingbird Drive, Mentone, Indiana 46539. The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom. The terms of said sale will be cash.
