NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43COl-1211-MF-291 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank is the plaintiff and Dale E.
