NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-1005-MF-291 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank is the plaintiff and Ora Freeman, Jill Freeman and Ford Motor Credit Company, are defendants, requiring me to make the aggregate sum of One Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand One Hundred Four and 53/100 Dollars ($194,104.53) for payment of the judgment of said plaintiffs against the defendants, Ora Freeman and Jill Freeman, with interest thereon from the date of said decree, namely, July 9, 2010, at the rate and with costs provided by law as therein, and ordering the sale of real estate hereinafter described to make assets for the payment of said judgment and decree, I will expose and offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on Tuesday, the 5th day of October, 2010, at the hour of 3:30 o'clock p.m., E.S.T., at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, in the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, Indiana, the following-described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: Lot Number Six (6) Cindonway Shores Addition, VanBuren Township, as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 82 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. The above-described real estate for information purposes only, located at 2793 East Bucher Drive, Syracuse, Indiana 46567. The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom. The terms of said sale will be cash.
