NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1110-MF-236 wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Stephanie A. Tesdahl, et al., were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of July, 2013 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of said day at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana: Exhibit A: Lots numbered 662 and 663 in Marineland Gardens, as recorded in plat book 5, page 76 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
