NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AD ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43COI-0905-MF-231 wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-WFHE3 was Plaintiff, and Edward N. Schafer; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of January, 2010, at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W.
