NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-1001-MF-18 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank is the plaintiff and Nicholas P. Cook and Joni M.
