By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-0803-MF-109 wherein Beer Family Revocable Living Trust, Max A. Beer and Ginger L. Beer, as trustees, is the Plaintiff and James E. Myers and Linda P. Myers are the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of January, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
