NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0810-MF-1017 wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Trustee for Equity One Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through certificate series #2004-5 was Plaintiff, and Alan B.
