NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1001-MF-10, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Amanda M. Reese a/k/a Amanda Reese, was a Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of December, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana: Lot number 56 in Dolan and Miles's Addition to Syracuse in Plat Book 2, page 149, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana 43-04-05-300-554.000-026 and commonly known as: 202 West Boston Street, Syracuse, IN 46567. Subject to all easement and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause #43D03-101-MF-10 in the Superior Court of he County of Kosciusko Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.
