NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1111-MF-00257 wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee on behalf of Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate 2000-4 by Green Tree Servicing LLC f/k/a Conseco Finance Servicing Corp., as Servicer was Plaintiff, and Richard F. Blay and Elaine G.
