NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1308-MF-000148 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and James Sturgill; 30 West Auto Sales & Service, Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of February, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W.
