NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1404-MF-000057 wherein Bank of America, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Wayne E. Lyon and Malinda M. Mosher a/k/a Malinda M. Lyon were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of October, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
