NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43CO1-0706-MF-726 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Federal Savings Bank is the plaintiff and Brandy L. Holle, Combined Community Services, Inc., Indiana Housing Finance Authority and Real Services, Inc. are the defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Seventy-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Nine and 64/100 Dollars ($78,689.64) for payment of the judgment of said plaintiff against the defendant, Brandy L. Holle, with interest thereon from the date of said decree, namely, November 9, 2007, at the rate and with costs provided by law as therein provided with any excess to be applied to the payment of the mortgage of the defendants, Indiana Housing Finance Authority and Real Services, Inc. in the amount and order of priority as provided in said decree and ordering the sale of real estate hereinafter described to make assets for the payment of said judgment and decree, I will expose and offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on Tuesday, the 24th day of June, 2008, at the hour of 3:30 P.M. o'clock p.m., E.S.T., at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, in the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, Indiana, the following-described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: A tract of land in the northwest quarter of section 7, township 32 north, range 6 east, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more accurately described as follows: Beginning 50 feet south of the southeast corner of lot 2 in the recorded plat of Boggs Subdivision; thence south 100 feet to an iron pipe; thence west 80 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 100 feet to an iron pipe; thence east 80 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.18 acres, more or less. The above-described real estate for information purposes only, is located at 1611 Maye St., Warsaw, IN 46580 The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws 'and without any right of redemption therefrom.
