NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43CO1-0804-MF-188 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Federal Savings Bank is the plaintiff and Dallas Lee Hohman and Michelle R. Hohman, are the defendants, requiring me to make the aggregate sum of Seventy-Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-four and 18/100 Dollars ($75,274.18) for payment of the judgment of said plaintiff against the defendants, Dallas Lee Hohman and Michelle R. Hohman, with interest thereon from the date of said decree, namely, May 12, 2008, at the rate and with costs provided by law as therein provided and ordering the sale of real estate hereinafter described to make assets for the payment of said judgment and decree, I will expose and offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on Tuesday, the 24th day of June, 2008, at the hour of 3:30 P.M. o'clock p.m., E.S.T., at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, in the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, Indiana, the following-described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: Lots Numbered Six (6) and Seven (7) as set out on Plat of Canaan Estates, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 113 in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana. The above-described real estate for information purposes only, is located at 2938 E. Joshua Dr., Warsaw, IN 46580 The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom.
