NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-0712-MF-1346 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Jerry Burket, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of June, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at the office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana: Part of the northwest quarter of section 2, township 32 north, range 5 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at an iron pipe found marking the northeast corner of said northwest quarter; thence west, on and along the north line of said northwest quarter a distance of 851.0 feet to a pk nail at the true point of beginning; thence continuing west, on and along said north line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 200N, a distance of 147.6 feet to a pk nail, said pk nail being situated 998.6 feet (recorded 60 rods which equals 990 feet) west of the northeast corner of said northwest quarter, said pk nail also being situated 1660.5 feet (recorded 100 rods which equals 1650 feet) east of the northwest corner of said northwest quarter; thence southerly, by an interior angle of 89 degrees 59 minutes, on and along a line established by monuments found, a distance of 211.0 feet to an iron pin; thence east, by an interior angel of 90 degrees 01 minute, parallel to said north line, a distance of 146.07 feet to a rail post found; thence northerly, by an interior angle of 90 degrees 24 minutes, a distance of 211.0 feet to the true point of beginning.
