NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-0801-MF-11 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-OPT5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT5 was the Plaintiff and Brian D. Aldridge was/were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on June 24, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of said day, at 221 Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Tract number 26 as set out in "survey of part of section 21, township 33 north, range 7 east", said survey dated March 4,1961, recorded March 6, 1961 in miscellaneous record 39, page 524, records of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, said tract being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a steel post sunk in concrete located south 67 degrees 20 minutes east 85.15 of survey steel post number 22, (which point is a joint corner with tracts 25 and 26 on said survey), running thence south 67 degrees 20 minutes east 70 feet to a steel post sunk in concrete (which is a joint corner with tracts 26, 27 on said survey), thence southwesterly on the joint line between said survey tracts 26 and 27, 59.78 feet to a steel post sunk in concrete on the north line Wilson Drive; thence northwesterly along the north line of Wilson Drive 70 feet to a steel post sunk in concrete (being a joint corner with tract 25 and 26); thence northeasterly on the joint line of said tracts 25 and 26, 62.77 feet to the place of beginning. Also, all land lying between said survey tract number 26 and the low water mark of the channel shown on said survey.
