NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 4 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2308-MF-000062, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Juan M. Rico, OneMain Financial Group, LLC f/k/a OneMain Financial Services, Inc. f/k/a OneMain Financial of Indiana, Inc. f/k/a Springleaf Financial Services of Indiana, Inc and Discover Bank were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 27th day of February, 2024, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number 6 in Hodges Third Addition to the City of Warsaw, except the East 3.5 feet thereof, by parallel lines, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 186 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
