NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 4 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2310-MF-000069, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Kyle Hand was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of April, 2024, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Commencing at a point on the west side of Main Street in the Town of Milford Junction, 16 Rods North from the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered 1 in Block 3, as the said lot is known and designated on the Recorded Plat of the Village of Milford, now the incorporated Town of Milford Junction running thence North 4 rods; thence West 10 rods; thence South 4 rods; thence 10 rods to the place of beginning, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
