NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2307-MF-000058, wherein PNC Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Gerald R. Hastings, Deceased, Amos Financial LLC, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority and The Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 24th day of September, 2024, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST IN THE COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO, STATE OF INDIANA BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS:BEGINNING IN THE CENTER OF THE ROAD AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP AND RANGE AFORESAID; RUNNING THENCE EAST ALONG THE CENTER OF SAID ROAD 568 FEET; THENCE NORTH 120 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT NUMBER 3 IN THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SECOND ADDITION TO RALPH METZLER'S SUBDIVISION ON DEWART LAKE; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUNNING THENCE NORTH 100 FEET; THENCE WEST 132 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET; THENCE EAST 132 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
