NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 4 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2212-MF-000090, wherein Ruoff Mortgage Company, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Michael D. Harris, Travis P. Harris, State of Indiana, Mineral Springs LLC, Helvey & Associates and Midland Funding LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of September, 2023, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number 202 in Williams Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 22, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
