By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2402-MF-00015 wherein Lake City Bank was Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs of Steven R. Engle, Deceased was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 27 day of August, 2024, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusacution.com the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
