By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2311-MF-000077 wherein Planet Home Lending, LLC was Plaintiff, and Ian Andrew Steller, Barbara Mae Sandra Steller, and United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of May, 2024, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
