NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 4 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2401-MF-000004, wherein PNC Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and James M. Zimmerman was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 27th day of August, 2024, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered One (1) and Two (2) in Block 9 of Unit Number 3 as shown on the survey and original plat of Oak Grove Beach on Lake Palestine, recorded in Plat Book 4, page 121B in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
