NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Northern Indiana Regional Workforce Board and Partners for Workforce Solutions are soliciting competitive proposals from organizations interested in staffing WorkOne Centers and delivering year round employment and training services for adult, dislocated worker and youth customers through Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title 1-B funding. Proposals are being sought to deliver these services in the following Indiana counties: Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, Marshall, and St. Joseph.
