HARMAN, Plaintiff vs. ALL PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT 2013 TERM CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-1307-PL-76 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24th day of July, 2013, the above named plaintiff, by her attorney, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, in the State of Indiana, her complaint against the above named defendants under cause number 43C01-1307-PL-76, and said plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's Office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the defendants, consisting of all persons claiming an interest in the real estate described herein, represent all persons described by the public records of the County to have an interest in the property, and that as to any person whose name or address is known, that the plaintiff does not know whether the persons named are living or dead or their legal residence, whether they are married or not, and that she does not know the name or whereabouts of the husband or wife or widower or widow of such person, as the case may be, if in fact there were such husband or wife or widower or widow, and that if such person be dead, leaving heirs or devisees of said lands, the plaintiff does not know their names or legal residence, and said cause of action is to quiet title to the following described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to wit: Part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 33, township 32 north, range 5 east, Harrison Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: All that part of land in the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said section 33 lying west of the east line of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said section 33 and east of the easterly shoreline of Palestine Lake. That said action is instituted and prosecuted by said plaintiff for the purpose of quieting the title to the above described real estate as against all defendants, claims and claimants, whatsoever and whomsoever, and as against the world. NOW THEREFORE, said defendants consisting of all persons who may claim an interest in the above described real estate are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against them, and they or their representative attorneys on their behalf must respond to plaintiff's complaint against them, on or before the 16th day of September, 2013, the same being more than thirty (30) days after the third and last publication of this notice, and if they fail to do so matters and things alleged in the plaintiff's said complaint may be determined and a judgment by default may be entered against them for the relief demanded in said complaint.
