NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Hoosier Park, LLC invites Public Participation in developing Wellhead Protection Plans at a Public Meeting on Tuesday, October 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Regency Point Estates. To fulfill the State of Indiana's Wellhead Protection Rule, the community public water supply system of Merrywood are developing Wellhead Protection Phase II. This process involves the revision of a local planning team for each system. These teams will make decisions on how to best protect the drinking water from potential source of contamination. Interested parties are invited to come learn more about the Local Planning Team. The meeting will be held at the office of: Regency Point Estates, 8280 US 30 East, Pierceton, IN 46562.
