Zimmer, requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit an existing structure (garage) and utility shed to remain without a primary residence. Parcel #43-11-22-400-128.000-033, on his or her property which is located 211 S. Union Street and more particularly described as follows: Lots 98 & 1/2 lot 99 in Winona Lake, Indiana. The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana, on Monday, the 27th day of October, 2008, at 8:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
