NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Mark Workman requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a single car garage to be built within 2 feet of the north property line and to exceed lot coverage allowed in the front lots on his or her property which is located at 903 Esplanade Winona Lake More particularly described as follows: lots 97, 98 of 1st Amend Plat - Town of Winona Lake. The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 1st day of June, 2009 at 8:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
